I don’t consider only the relocations from out of state to be the only types that we represent. RE/MAX Relocation was a full time entity, but has been since disbanded. But We are RE/MAX of Valencia and I am able offer the same Full Time Compliment and White Glove(clever yes?) service that was offered in the original RE/MAX Model.
There are a lot to times where we have clients that have been moving from one city to the next. For most of the southern California area, we can represent them. We are members of 4 boards of Realtors which gives us the Home Team Advantage when it comes to representing you anywhere in southern California.
We had just recently a couple and their three children that needed to move from Rancho Cucamonga to Irvine CA. Both areas are a bit distant from our Head Quarters, but we were able to sell their home, find them another that they just loved, and close both at the very same time.
In fact, our technological prowess with regard to Real Estate and the disbursement of the Forms, Contracts and our Social Applications allow for us to explain and have our clients view the documents at the very same time. We are also mobile and have contacts and a few buyers agents that just schedule and show homes. So the negotiation is left where it needs to be – With RE/MAX’s Paris911 Team.
