Our team has been operational since the mid 1990’s – we come from law enforcement backgrounds and one of us remained a Reserve Officer as well 
Real Estate Relocation, to and From Southern California, takes a “protective” stance. We are not about throwing our clients to the wolves and would never allow anything negative to impact their Relocation attempt. So client protection is first and foremost in our minds when approaching something as serious as Real Estate Relocation.
Therefore, we have three options in place with regard to Relocating you and your family:
- We Do Relocation’s from any other location to Southern California. Interstate or not!
- We also do Relocation’s from Southern California to anywhere else in the world.
- The Third option that you may be wanting is for someone to take the horse by the reins and set a Relocation up for you with Referral contracts, when Point A or B is not anywhere in Southern California at all.
We do all three of these types of Relocation’s. When we refer an agent that covers a different area from where The Paris911 Team is situated at REMAX, we do our due diligence with those that utilize our services. Again, I speak of protection. The interview of the agents involved takes place by myself. I set the stage and find out who is who in the zoo. I go with larger brokerages and agents that have proven themselves in the worst of markets. I don’t want an agent that smells blood and goes into a feeding frenzy with a client that I am Representing, even if it is on a Referral basis for a Real Estate Relocation.
I look at very different performance issues including calling references. Which every good agent should have at their fingertips. I want to know how their clients were treated and I also make sure it is not their Mother I am speaking with
If you are looking to relocate because of your business, family needs, or other issues – I know that this can be one of the most stressful experiences that you will experience. My Team at REMAX of Valencia can make it “almost” worry free and “mostly” painless. Truth of the matter is, moving is not the most comfortable of experiences, especially when you are balancing other people’s performance, like title, escrow and lender time frames to get everything closed at the same time. But we do it very often with HUGE success.
