Relocating can be very stressful and the coordination can fall short of the mark that you are attempting to hit.
We have quite a few fantastic moving companies that have done our clients right. That is what it is all about – TREATING OUR CLIENTS RIGHT!
The difficult thing from my point of view is, if the company has not moved me personally – how do I know that they are going to protect and serve our clients? So, I take it a step farther.
I want nothing – when I refer a business or service – all I want it that they honor me by treating my clients like their family. (Family that they are close with and like) 
I ask for references that have phone numbers associated with their particular client. I call and call some more – I feel out the person and verify who they are to the best of my ability. After the formulating of responses and questions – once obtained, then I give that mover a score.
There are several different levels with regard to my score, the answering of the phone or calling me back quick gets a plus mark.
