Just viewed a Beautiful Stevenson Ranch home with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs

Just walked a home with a bedroom downstairs in Stevenson Ranch CA. This home not only had a nice sized bedroom down stairs, 12 X 12 with a closet – but there was a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub just across the hallway. click here to view our expertise with Santa Clarita homes with bedrooms downstairs

When you are viewing this home from the street, you cannot help but notice how long the drive way is, leading up to this home. It is wide and long enough for you to park two class A motor homes side by side, with room to walk all around them. However, while there may be room for two class A motor homes in the drive way, the HOA would most assuredly prohibit it.

On the inside, you walk into a custom tile floor entry – to the formal living room that is attached to kitchen access and a formal dining room. This home is approximately 3k square feet. Carpet flooring covers the Formal Living and Dining Room Floor. To the left of the entrance and stairs, hardwood flooring adorns the rest of the home. Hardwood is located Throughout the family room, into the Granite countered kitchen, and in the hallway leading to the 2 car part of the Garage.

On the other side of the entry, you will view a door that access the Third part of the garage. This Third part Garage stall is equipped with a garage door opener all of it’s own. This garage bay also has direct access to this home, which is not usual for a Third car Garage Bay in Stevenson Ranch.

Once upstairs, the loft is HUGE, it was the fifth bedroom option on other homes manufactured by the same builder in this Stevenson Ranch Tract. On this particular sale, this one stuck with the loft option, making the upstairs very open indeed.

The master bedroom is equipped with two closets – both walk in and my buyer commented, “These closets are big enough to live in…” Enough Said!

This one happens to be a Short Sale. There are a few things you will want to know about dealing with short sales if you are preparing to buy a home in The Santa Clarita Valley. The listing agent and their ability has a lot to do with the Short Sale process being a success. However, that does not mean for you to tie up with the Listing Agent. We have always been HUGE advocates of those looking for Real Estate Services, having their own real estate representative. Obeying this rule, will keep you safe throughout your Real Estate endeavors. Using Listing agents to buy a home

Ask your agent about the short sale listing agent, are they good at what they do? Do they have an established track record of short sale closings? Are they the type of Short Sale Agent that is only listing the Short Sale home to help the seller stay in the property longer? Getting answers to these questions are critical.
