If you have been considering relocating to and or from the Santa Clarita Valley – make sure you are doing the right thing in hiring the agent you want to coordinate everything.
They should have an infrastructure, after meeting on line, on the phone, or in person – to take the ball entirely and do what needs to be done with the coordination from where you are to getting you and yours out here to the Santa Clarita Valley.
Some call this a sort of concierge service. However, it is how I would like to be treated if I were relocating to another part of this beautiful country.
Usually not from the Human Relations department or even those that relocate or are part of a relocation network – the story about Discount agents or brokers that headed this post typically has to do with new buyers in the real estate field.
I always used to say, “It is better to be lucky than good”. Which I believe, but getting lucky with Real Estate is quite a gamble. For our Sellers – We get more $$$ for them than a typical discount agent when they are selling their home!
For our Buyers, we get deeper discounts than they would have gotten with someone that might not be working as hard or as diligently due to a predisposed method of operation within a flawed business model.
We are Here – Local – have a GREAT reputation, we also have a couple of different REO accounts are members of two different Networking Groups amongst Business Owners and other Top Producing Realtors.
As a Buyer, you don’t pay a real estate agents commission. Agents are supported totally by the seller of a home. Whether the seller is a bank, flipper, investment company or private party – if they are hiring a Realtor to represent them in the sale of their property – then they are fronting the bill for the agent, you as a buyer, are hiring.
There I go again, just call me “run on boy”.
