We are located in the Large RE/MAX of Santa Clarita / RE/MAX of Valencia Building on the West Side of the Freeway, between the First and Second Exits as you are driving North or South to the Santa Clarita Valley on the 5 Freeway.
Location/Address of our Offices:
25101 The Old Road, Santa Clarita (possibly showing Stevenson Ranch CA on some GPS systems), California – 91381 Paris, myself and our staff occupy offices 201, 203 and 205 on the Second Floor – Immediately off of the Elevator to your Left!
Coming North Bound from Los Angeles
– 405 freeway to the 5 freeway – Stay on the 5 freeway as you enter Santa Clarita California. (approx 8 minutes from the 405 freeway and 5 freeway junction).
The First Exit you will pass is Calgrove – The Second is Lyons – After you pass Calgrove while traveling North Bound on the 5 Freeway – if you look to your Left (west), you will see our RE/MAX offices right next to the Freeway, left site (west side).
Exit at Lyons Blvd. – Set up to Turn Left at the end of the off ramp – After Turning Left – Stay in your Left lane and Turn Left at the next Signal, Chiquella Lane, you will pass McDonalds and Continue to the Next “Tri-Light or Go Signal” (I don’t call them stop lights 
Turn Left (south bound), set up in your right hand lanes and as you approach the Large off White REMAX Building on your Right – Turn Right into the Driveway and park in the upper parking lot. Enter the REMAX building and let the receptionist know you are here to See Connor or Paris.
Coming South Bound from North of the Santa Clarita Valley
- South Bound on the 5 freeway, exit Lyons Blvd. At the end of the Off-ramp turn Right and immediately set up in your left hand lanes to turn Left at the very next “Tri-Light or Go Signal”. This will be “The Old Road” - Turn Left.
Continue on The Old Road until you pass McDonalds which will be on your Left – Set up in your Right Lane. – After you pass In and Out Burger which will be on your left – you will be getting close to our Offices at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita on your Right. You will see a large, two Story off white building with REMAX emblazoned on the side - turn Right into the driveway on your right – Park in the Upper Lot.
Enter the Building and let the receptionist know you are here to see Connor and or Paris.

Coming from Los Angeles – from the South. You’d take the 5 Freeway or the 405 Freeway north, remain on the 5 freeway. You will pass the 210 freeway and the 14 freeway. Remain on the 5 freeway.

After approximately 6 miles, you will get to Newhall Ranch Road, Exit and turn “Right” – or East Bound. Remain on Newhall Ranch Road for approximately 5 miles – when you get to Dickason – Turn Left. At the First Signal – turn right and then an immediate double left into the driveway and up the ramp into the parking lot at REMAX of Valencia CA.

Someone from this address hacked into my email and sent emails about properties in California to my whole buddy list. Thanks alot!! I don’t know how this happens but the name that was on the email was Regina Velasquez. Please don’t do it again. I have no interest in house in California. I have also notified AOL.

That is unbelievable Kay… I am an avid follower of Leo Laporte – the Tech Guy on Radio and it’s amazing how often people’s email’s get hacked.
