We have listed and sold quite a few properites in both of the Senior Communities of Belcaro in Valencia CA and Friendly Valley in Newhall CA. Each of these areas, in the Santa Clarita Valley, are age restricted areas. If you want to buy one of the homes and live in either one of these communities, you have to be over 55 years of age.
